NINA YOGA SCHEDULE 
 —
TUESDAYS THERAPEUTIC YOGA
This class is like an hour of physiotherapy for yourself. Get deep into your body
to start releasing life-long held tension. These sessions will remain true
to the Yin style of yoga

Back on The Lawn from April 20th
WEDNESDAYS YOGA ON THE LAWN
I am really excited and feel very grateful to be starting back teaching
in the beautiful private garden The Lawn with my outdoor weekly
Wednesday classes. This is an all abilities traditional yoga class and
all are welcome 10-11:00am £6

Thursday Late morning
THERAPEUTIC YOGA
These sessions will follow a ‘top-to-toe’ theme with the aim of mobilising,
strengthening, balancing and yielding every part of the body.

11:15-12:15 Hastings Centre on the Ridge £6

Friday morning
TRADITIONAL YOGA
For the yoga enthusiast! This extended class encompasses all aspects of yoga.
Expect a well rounded physical practice, pranayama, philosophy,
kriya and chanting. In a beautiful octagonal room with vaulted ceilings
and panoramic views of Hastings and the sea. A great start to the weekend!

MONDAY AFTERNOON MEDITATION
An hour devoted to meditating. It’s very informal. We gather in my lounge
and sit together. There is nothing better than giving yourself
the gift of meditating, I promise!

Everything you learn on your mat is a metaphor for life. A flexible body creates a flexible mind. Strength creates a strong mind. Energy creates energy.

I encourage anyone who hasn’t tried Yoga, to try it. The feeling your left with after a class is unlike any other fitness class.

My main goal is to bring Yoga to everyone, and to make my classes accessible to all.
