Saturday 23rd March

Yoga anga anusthānād ashuddhi kshaye jñāna dīptir āviveka khyāteh
When all components of yoga are practised, impurities dwindle; the light of understanding shines forth. Illuminating all aspects of awareness

- Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, 2.28

It is an honour and a privilege to be hosting this very special day with Swami Saradananda.

Join myself and international yoga and meditation teacher, Swami Saradananda in this fascinating full-day workshop. She will introduce you to the powerful, revitalising and regenerating effects that breathing exercises can have on your body, mind and yoga practice. By working with your physical breath, and learning to control it, you can gain control of the more subtle energies within your body and mind.

You will be presented with powerful tools that will enable you to begin to make more efficient use of the vital energies by which you live and breathe. Use your breath to strengthen the link between your physical and mental capacities.

Swami Saradananda presents you with a down-to-earth approach to radiant health and inner peace. She will guide you in the use of techniques that will enable you to open yourself up to intuitive inspiration. You will gain new insights into healthier breathing patterns.

Find the inspiration to deepen your personal practice on many levels and integrate these concepts into your daily life. The purpose of this day-long programme is to assist you in understanding the ancient teachings in ways that are relevant to modern lifestyles. You will also receive meditation guidance.
